I visited this store in Higashi Ginza on a weekday afternoon.This area is a little behind Showa Street and is dotted with restaurants.This store is right on the corner, and it seems to have a fairly large number of customers. So, I decided to go in. There was a counter seat available, so I took it there.The other seats were almost all occupied.It seems to be a very popular restaurant.The dish I had here was Mala noodles (Mala noodles) for 800 yen. Popularity: No. 1.Other options included horumon noodles (large intestine noodles), sura noodles, tantan noodles, and green onion char siu noodles.Additionally, coriander can be added to the set menu for 150 yen.However, all of them were originally included. It seems like it's on the menu, so maybe it's for people who want to increase their menu.The Mala noodles are served without a long wait.Now that I think about it, it's like I haven't eaten knife-cut noodle in a while, or maybe it's the first time I've eaten them, but I can't really taste the noodles. The soup didn't seem to be that sticky either. I don't know if that's the case with all knife-cut noodle, but if that's the case, knife-cut noodle don't really suit me. Thank you for the meal.
