石焼ビビンパが食べたい気分だったので、東銀座に近い「長寿韓酒房 銀座」へ行きました。銀座で人気のある韓国料理のお店です。
平日の昼過ぎに行くと、店内は満席でした。５分ほど待って、店内へ案内されました。テーブル席だけの店内となっています。
石焼ビビンパのメニューだけでもいくつか種類がありました。石焼チーズビビンパを注文しました。
5分ほどでチーズビビンパが運ばれてきました。チーズがたっぷりかかったビビンパです。スープやキムチ、前菜などが付いてきます。
ビビンパを石鍋に押し付けて焼いてからいただきます。チーズが焦げて、キレイな焼き目が出来ました。スープは優しいかき卵スープです。もやしのナムルやぜんまい、サラダは味付けを抑えています。
焼き目が付いたビビンパは、焼けたコチュジャンとチーズの香りが食欲をそそります。チーズの上に乗った卵黄がチーズと合わさることで、コクが増します。ビビンパの焦げ目が付くことで、焦げた香りが食欲をそそります。チーズによって辛味が抑えられています。キムチを入れることで、辛味が増して美味しくなりました。
お手軽なビビンパランチでした。今度は牛すじビビンパを食べてみたいです。
