A Korean Cuisine restaurant located on the basement floor of the Paper and Pulp Hall along Matsuya Street in Ginza. It seems to be run by a company called EKC. It opened in 2005 and has been operating in Ginza for nearly 20 years, so I think it will soon fall into the category of a long-established store. The inside of the shop is surprisingly spacious and has a somewhat luxurious space where you can relax and unwind. Lunch is open until 4pm, which is relatively late, so it was crowded on weekends. I think there were a lot of female customers. This time I visited for lunch and had to wait about 20 minutes, but I arrived safely.・Sundubu Jjigae and Mini Dakgalbi Bowl Set (1,250 yen) This is a great value set that includes 5 types of jjigae, rice bowl, and Small dish such as salad, kimchi, namul, and Korean oden. Sundubu looked bright red when I looked at the menu, but I didn't feel that way when it was served. (This doesn't mean it's bad.) When I ate it, it was just the right amount of spiciness, so-called umami-spicy level. It has plenty of ingredients such as clams and vegetables, making it extremely filling. The mini dakgalbi bowl was quite good, with a strong spiciness but a rich flavor. Even though I chose this combination, it turned out to be quite voluminous and my belly was full. At 1250 yen, this is very reasonable and a great deal. The specialty here is Samgyetang. Even the lunch set is cheap at around 2000 yen. Next time, I would like to visit at night and try the various Korean Cuisine. I loved it here!
