さて、有楽町、旧プランタン銀座に近いトラットリアヒロへ。
こちらはビルの上層階、角地なので、良いロケーション。
店内は広々として、中央にオープンキッチン！
素敵な空間です♬
ランチはパスタランチ980円と、お安い！
銀座でこの価格は貴重！
アミューズ、デザートも食べたかったので、
セット2.600円をオーダー。
雪下？野菜のサラダにモルタデッラ、ホタルイカの和物、白アスパラのスープ。
イタリアン尽くし、しかも良い素材で揃えた、素晴らしい皿です！！
そしてパスタ。
アマトリチャーナふわふわカプチーノ仕立て
ソースがたっぷりとしてます！
トマトソースはキリッとしながら、
この泡立てたクリームソース、
こちらと混ざると、まろやかに！
トマトクリームとして、生まれ変わる、2度美味しいパスタ！
デザートのカカオジェラートも濃厚！
エスプレッソと合わせていただきました。
