銀座3丁目、飲食ビル「銀座グラッセ」7階にあります。
広々とした店内は、洗練された本場トラットリアさながらで活気があります。
旬の厳選素材を使った上質なイタリアンと豊富な種類のワインが堪能できます。
Japanese Italianの先駆けとして1995年に青山のリストランテから始まった店も東京4店舗、大阪1店舗となっています。
本日はランチで訪問です。
日曜日の当日予約では13時しか空きがないくらいの人気店です。
3人で訪問、少し静かなボックス席を用意していただきました。
ランチを待っている間に家でシャンパンで時間を潰したので
店では白ワインをお願いしました。
カヴァロット ランゲ・シャルドネというピエモンテのシャルドネです。
ワインはグラス・ボトルともにやや高めの設定ですが、
その分しっかりと美味しいワインがいただけます。
バローロの5大産地であるカスティリオーネ・ファレット地区のワイナリー、
隠れたバローロの名手が造るシャルドネです。
通常で買うと4000円弱、店では8800円とトラットリアとしては、
やはりやや高めです。
でも、このシャルドネ美味しいのです。
トロピカルフルーツと冷涼な地区のシャルドネらしいミネラル香、
アロマから続く豊かな果実香とミネラルと酸、
輪郭がしっかりとしたエレガントで骨太なシャルドネ。
多少高くてもセレクトがしっかりとしているのは嬉しいですね。
本日は
PranzoC4,200円を注文です。
●前菜4種盛合せ
こちらのスペシャリテの一つ、極薄にスライスした生ハムを
香ばしく焼いたブリオッシュにのせていただく料理、至福ですね。
あとはカルパッチョ、カプレーゼ、トリュフの冷製スープ
どれも美味です。
●コースのパスタは白ミル貝と筍のペペロンチーノ サルディーニャ産カラスミをかけて
相方は追加料金1100円でこちらの店のスペシャリテである生ハムのカルボナーラを
さらに追加料金550円で大盛りにしました。見た目のインパクト大です。
●本日のメインは
イタリア産仔牛のコートレット アッラミラネーゼ
さすが人気リストランテのトラットリア仕様ですね。
かなり洗練されたカツレツです。
最後はジェラートとカフェをいただいて終了です。
パスタのみ追加料金が発生しましたが、
この内容で税込4200円とは
素晴らしい内容かと思います。
こういったリーズナブルながらも骨太なトラットリア
なかなか無いのですよね。
貴重な店です。
