★3.70 A German Cuisine restaurant located on the 8th floor of Ginza Belvia Building along Ginza Namiki Dori. There were 9 customers. Entered the store at 11:52. The hall staff was on the phone and I was shown to my seat after about 3 minutes. There is an undeniable staff shortage, with one hall staff and one person in the kitchen. However, the hall staff were very nice. It feels polite and frank. At 11:55, I ordered this week's lunch, sautéed pork loin with ginger sauce (1,300 yen). Includes salad, bread or rice, and a cafe. I chose rice and iced coffee. The store sells beer imported directly from Germany. Next time I'll use it at night. Salad will be served at 12:06. Frilled lettuce, onion slices, and corn topped with French cuisine dressing. The lettuce is crunchy and delicious. At 12:11, the main dish, sautéed pork loin with ginger sauce and rice, is served.
