薬膳火鍋の有名店でランチ！
私は火鍋が大好きで夜に何度か来たことがありますが、昼は初めて。
コロナ禍が始まったときは鍋の店が存続できるのか悲観したものですが、また普通に食べられるようになって嬉しいな～。
エレベーターで9階まで上がると、ぷわ～んと良い香りが漂っていて、期待が高まります！
入り口のところで椅子に座って10分くらいの待ち時間。
広々ときれいな店内ですが、ランチ時は半分くらいの席しか稼働させてないみたいですね。
1人で行ったけど奥のほう、ゆったりした4人掛けテーブル席に案内されました。
座り心地のよいソファ席、天井にはシャンデリアでゴージャス気分だ！
注文したのは「薬膳ヒスイ湯麺セット（辛口）」（1260円）です。
これは平日のお値段で、土日祝には変わるらしい。
注文後5分くらいで配膳。早い！
そっか、スープはできてるから麺をゆでて盛り合わせるだけで早いのか。
これなら入店の際にちょっと待ったとしても時間の心配いらないですね。
まずはスープをれんげで一口。
いろんなスパイスが入った火鍋の味、ほどよい辛さで奥行きがあって、もう間違いなく美味し～～～い♪
つるつるしたクロレラ麺の喉ごしもよく、夢中で箸を動かしてしまいます。
大ぶりの角煮はやわらかくてくどさゼロ、青梗菜やキャベツ、きのこもしっかり入っていて、これだけで完全食と言えよう。
なのに、ミニチャーシュー、青菜、ピクルスも付いてきて箸休めにぴったりです。
麺だけでけっこう満足できちゃうんですが、台湾風豚そぼろかけご飯も・・・。
ちょっと甘めで八角の香る豚そぼろ、当然ながらご飯に合う～。
さらにデザートの杏仁豆腐も・・・。
すっきりした甘さでするっと喉を通ります。
完全にお腹ぱんぱんになったけど、薬膳ランチなんだから身体にいいに違いない！
窓際の景色のいい席は、火鍋を囲む女性たちがほとんどのよう。
なんだか全体的にすらっとして美容と健康に気を遣っていそうなお客さんばかりに見える・・・。
なかには男性一人客もいたけど、やはりそんな印象。
美味しくて、ボリュームもあって、健康できれいになれるなんて、最高ですね！
