この日、伺ったのは週末のお昼、11時半ぐらいの時間帯で、開店直後であったためか、貸し切り状態でした。店内は30席ぐらいの広さで、コンパクトながらも、明るく清潔感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気です。
ランチメニューは4種類のセットメニューが用意されていて、5種類のカレーから選べる様になっていました。

この日は「インドのお粥セット（1,080円）」をいただきました。
こちらの全メニューにはサラダが付き、席に着くとオーダー前にサラダが配膳されます。
7,8分程度の待ち時間で提供された「インドのお粥セット」には、メインとなるお粥のほか、"プレーンヨーグルト"、"アチャール（お漬物）"、"野菜のお惣菜"が付いていました。ちなみにこの日の"野菜のお惣菜"はクミンの風味が良いじゃが芋炒めで、箸休めにちょうど良かったです。
「インドのお粥」は"キチュリー"と呼ばれるお米とダール（お豆）のお粥で、15cmぐらいの器にたっぷりとした量が盛られていました。
先ずはそのままいただいてみると、優しいカレー風味が効いたお粥で、クミンの香りが良いアクセントになっていました。
次にヨーグルトを少し足してみると、プレーンヨーグルトの酸味とコクが優しい味わいのカレーに相まってより円やかな味わいになります。
次にアチャールを足してみると、エッジの効いた塩気が良いアクセントになってこれはこれで美味しかったです。
最後にアチャールの残りを全部入れて、ヨーグルトもたっぷり入れたら、全体を掻き混ぜていただきます。ヨーグルトをたっぷりと入れることで、アチャールのエッジが取れて、円やかなコクと酸味が効いた味わいとなるため、かなり体に優しい味でした。
消化の良い優しい一杯なため、胃腸の疲れた日におススメの一品です。
