友人の誕生日で休日のランチで利用。
友人のfavorite restourantで、ここ数年は毎年こちらでお祝いしています。
個室も広く扉付の荷物置き場があり、匂いが洋服に付く心配が無く安心です。
会食で利用される方が多いお店と思われるので、こういった気遣いは嬉しいですね。
今回は松阪牛 18菜のすき焼膳を予約。
最初に玉葱の土瓶蒸し風のスープです。
この日は雨で肌寒かったので、温かいスープが胃を暖めてくれてうれしい。
スープを飲んだ後は土瓶の中の玉葱とお肉を頂きます。
次に折敷に綺麗に盛られた18菜が。
目で愛でて下で味わう、和食の良さですね。
特にかぼちゃのムースが美味しかったです。
次にメインのすき焼き。
18菜で結構お腹いっぱいになってしまったのですが、もちろんすき焼きがメインなので頂きます。
関東風の割り下に卵を溶いて、柔らかく少し甘みのある松坂牛を頂きます。
不思議と普段あまりすき焼きを食べないのですが、やっぱり美味しいです。
最後にお食事とデザート。
お米も美味しくてお代わりを聞かれたのですが、残念ながらギブアップ。
とっても美味しいランチでした。
残念なのは、予約時間が遅かった（13:30）せいか途中から急かされてゆっくりできなかった事。
ランチ営業が15:00までなので仕方が無いのですが、最後は日本酒を一気に飲み干して退店いたしました。
