This time, it's ``tie'' and ``glasses.'' It's like talking about Japanese people from a generation ago.Contrary to what I expected, it was the meat around the waist. It has a chewy texture and the flavor of the meat comes out when you bite into it. Each part of the meat has its own distinct taste and flavor. I'm always satisfied with the taste of the meat, but what caught my eye this time was the kimchi lineup. Enjoy while grilling the yukhoe and liver, which are almost too much to put on the fire. Even though the oyster kimchi is so big, it has a strong flavor.The raw kimchi with fresh Chinese cabbage makes it difficult to hold your chopsticks in place.The firefly squid kimchi goes well with Koshihikari rice, and the plum kimchi goes well with alcohol.The final dish is Desuke Cold Noodles, which is Morioka Cold Noodles style noodles.
