シャルキュトリー前菜 お肉とピクルス、野菜の相性はやっぱり良い感じ。友人は既に一杯開けていた。

栗のポタージュ。甘い感じではなく、ほのかに栗を感じる程度。美味しい

フレッシュキャビアとホタテのレアグリル カシスとマスタードソース カシスが甘々可と思いきや、全然そんな事なく爽やかな味で楽しめました。

メインのお肉。サーロインとランプと2種類を。サーロインは口に入れると油が溶けて一回り小さくなるのが分かる。滲み出た油は本当に旨味が凝縮されたエキスで本当に美味しい。ランプの方はしっかりと噛みごたえがあり、また違う美味しさ。

ガーリックライス！じゃこ入り！油っぽさはなく、パリパリと中はしっとりの組み合わせ。お味噌汁との組み合わせは最高。

チョコレートと果物のデザート。友人はキウイがだめで違うものに取り替えてもらっていた。コーヒーと一緒に頂きちょうど良い締めに。

銀座の一等地に店あり｡新橋駅から徒歩3分くらい。
綺麗な雑居ビルの5階。所見だと結構分かりづらいかも。店内はシックな感じで流石にラフすぎる格好だと合わないけれど、リラックス出来る雰囲気でした。
コースは明石。魚介の一品とお肉満喫コース。
大学時代の友人たちとのプチ同窓会で使用したのですが、本当にリラックスした雰囲気の中、美味しいいお肉を食べ、お酒も進んで楽しいひとときを過ごすことが出来ました。
