#スパイス飲み！！kawaracafe
先日、#スパイス飲み！の看板を抱えるレストランへ。
少し気温が下がってきたとは言え、まだまだ蒸し暑くエアコンが手放せないし女子としてはなんだか冷えている…
これは体の内側から温めたい！火鍋も良いけど、この#スパイス飲み！！ってなんだかすごそう。と言うことで行ってきました。
もともとスパイスは大好き。香りが食欲を増進してくれたり、胡椒や山椒のピリッと感で塩分控えめにも貢献してくれているので。
奥深いスパイス。レストランでしっかりと堪能しないとね。
こちらはスパイスかけ放題スペアリブがあるレストラン。
ターメリック、コリアンダー、クミン、フェネグリーク、胡椒、赤唐辛子、チンピ、山椒。
このフェネグリークって初めて聞いたので、ググってみると挽いて炒めるとカラメルのような香りが出るそうです。
ほぉー、勉強にもなります。
後半、辛くないからって山盛りのスパイスでいただきました（笑）。
BBQスペアリブにはマーラーorレッドホットスパイスをめっちゃかけていただきました。
もともとバーベキューソースに漬け込んであるので、甘辛ジューシィな味わい。
そこにスパイスをトッピングして、自分なりにアレンジしました。
見た目はすごいけど、辛くて食べられない事は無いの。むしろ香ばしいふりかけ？的なくらい。
これほどスパイスを、あえて食べるのは初めてのこと。
銀座インズって、キティちゃんのお店ぐらいしか訪れたことがなかったけれども、2Fにはこんなミラーボールのあるシックな店があるなんて。
この日は3人で女子会でした。コース料理をオーダーし、飲み放題にしたので割り勘にしやすいのもgood.
生ハム、枝豆、ローストビーフ、マグロののったサラダに、揚げ豆腐がのったサラダも！お野菜もたっぷりといただけました。
そして私の女子会の定番と言えばフライドポテト。
映画にポップコーン、女子会にフライドポテトなの！マシンガントークするので、聞いている間はずっと食べてるのw
抹茶味のわらび餅と温かいウーロン茶をいただき、さぁ、はしごよ（笑）おいしかったです。
