悲しくも前の職場を退職されてしまった大先輩から、年末に誕生日の祝いも兼ねてのお誘いを頂き、本人が大阪にいらっしゃったためお好み焼きを提案。
銀座近辺はなかなかお好み焼きに乏しいが、築地近くのこちらに訪問。
お店の人が焼いて提供してくれる方式で、店内は油のにおいも一切なくきれいに整っている。服ににおいがつかないので、利用しやすい。
お好み焼き、やきそばは大阪でも働いていた大先輩も認める味で、他の野菜やきのこの鉄板料理も非常においしい。
少し東銀座から築地寄りになるが、粉ものが食べたいときは是非。
大先輩にはすっかりごちそうになってしまったが、久しぶりに会えてとても嬉しい日だった。
