After watching a concert in Ariake with all the staff, we took a trip to Higashi Ginza. It's Ariake, so it's also Tsukiji, right? That's what I felt like, but my juniors chose this one. In conclusion, it was really delicious and I made the right decision. It's Osaka-style Okonomiyaki, and the outside is crispy and the inside is soft and perfectly cooked. The sauce is very rich, but it doesn't feel overpowering at all, and it's exquisitely delicious. The ingredients melt in well, and the more you bite into it, the more delicious it becomes. It was so delicious that I ended up eating everyone else's portion. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was equally delicious. This sauce was also very delicious, with just the right amount of strength and richness, and it went perfectly with the chewy soba noodles. The last piece of meat I ordered was not only delicious but also very filling and I was very satisfied. The first appetizer-like dish I ordered was delivered to each person as if it were an appetizer (the ``adult potato salad'' was delicious!) The beer glass was extremely thin and went perfectly with Okonomiyaki. I thought they did a great job in making the beer even more delicious, including the details. I never thought I'd be able to find such delicious omiyaki in Ginza. I'm not a big fan of Ginza at all, but I thought it might be worth the trip if you want some delicious Okonomiyaki.
