妻と2人でランチに利用。
銀座でフラフラしながらとんかつでもと思い探したが、生憎お休みばかりだったところ、ふといつか行かせて頂こうと思っていたこちらを思い出し訪問。
色々食べたいと言うことで、なにわの鉄板焼コースを注文。
胡椒を利かせたポテトサラダ
焼き胡麻豆腐ととんぺい焼き
大山鶏のグリルと焼き野菜
ポテトサラダは、アミューズとしてしっかり期待を高めてくれ、焼き胡麻豆腐は、柔らかく、温かく、口に運ぶとふわっと胡麻の香りが広がる。
とんぺい焼きも流石本場大阪の味を標榜するだけあり、かなりの美味しさ。
また、大山鶏は抜群に柔らかく、滋味に溢れ、焼き野菜は、どうしたらこうなるのか？と思える絶妙な火入れ加減。
焼きそばとお好み焼きも想像以上の美味しさで、このコースでこの値段？とビックリする程高コスパ。
必ず再訪したいお店。
