東銀座駅、歌舞伎座の地下鉄直通で地上に出ればすぐ！
ヴィーガンで青山や代官山などにありそうな建物。
狭いけどフロアーがお部屋のようなスペースなので落ち着きます。
木の椅子に座布団欲しかった。ストーブは一つ置いてあるにかかわらずおしりが冷えます。
ブランケットや荷物のかごも入口にあったようですが何もアナウンスがない。
ちなみに壁側の長椅子にはありました。
予約したにも関わらずメニューがテーブルにドーンと置かれていた。
スマートなスタートができなかった。
ロボットのような対応。
仕事が楽しくなさそうで心地よさは半減。
接客に難あり。
カレー、スープ.大豆ミートのスパイスなどの味はとても美味しかった。
生野菜にサラダのドレッシングはかかっていたが絡めて入れて欲しかった。ここのちょっとした手間を惜しむ価格ではないはず。
それによって葉物のドレッシングがあまり機能してなかったため、根菜類につけるソースはおいしかったが葉物にも使って食べたので足りなかった。
食後にコーヒーやスィーツを追加しようとメニューをお願い。
違う担当の方が対応すると、また今食べたお弁当のメニューもってきただけで、食事にドリンクをプラスするご案内もなくここでも説明不足。
サービスに感動なく価格に見合わない気分になり残念。
隣のテーブルでもメニューにあるスープがないとかお客様がお店の人に伝えていたが、返答は「メニューが変わってるんです」と言い訳していたりする会話が聞こえてきた。
お店の方はみんなはインカムつけてやりとりしているはずなのに全然活かされてないよう。
それでも長年経営しているのですからすごいですね。
銀座ブランドとオシャレで女子が好きそうなポイントを掴んでるからかな。
いい素材のお料理やスィーツを作っているのでスタッフ育成をもう少し期待したいところ。
池袋など他のお店もあるので銀座も期待していた分少々残念でした。
