ヴィーガンの店なのでか、お客は、外国人のみだった。確かに、めっちゃ外国人にウケそうな雰囲気。とにかく見栄えは最高。もちろん美味しいのだが、とにかく量が少なすぎた。メインは、ヴィーガンパンケーキが良いとの話で、そっちが、原料の調達が難しくなかったのが痛かった。〈天上のヴィーガンパンケーキ〉を試したかった。多分、それを食べないと、このコースの真価は、わからないんだろうなー。
