５月の東京。
晴海の事務所で働く友人に会ったあと、彼の同僚と３人で夕食を取ることにしました。
彼がセッティングしてくれていたのは銀座の焼肉店。
銀座でディナーなんて田舎者の私にとって初めてです。
こちらは飛騨牛を取り扱う店ですね。
有名ブランドですが、自分の住んでる地方ではあまり目にしないブランドです。
サラダについてきたハムからして美味しいやないの！
肉刺盛り合わせの霜降りが凄い。
肪っこそうに見えても意外にそうでなくヤバ美味。
ネギタンがまた絶妙な厚さに切られていて美味しいですなぁ。
焼いて薄く縮むぶん、肉厚も程よく楽しめるタンを提供出来るかどうかは職人のレベルが判るというもの。
流石銀座で流行っているだけのことはありますよね。

んー、また柔らかくて美味い。
私が肉で参加したラストはサーロイン。(後は酒ばかりww)
提供されたとき、塊かと思いきや、食べやすいサイズに切られていたんですよ。
これには一同驚き。
切れ目が全く見えていませんでしたから。
ちょっとしたさりげない技術のエンターテイメントに感動する私達です。
肪っこいサーロインも山葵と醤油のコラボレーションでより深い味わい。
こりゃ美味いわ～。
友人と一緒に来ていた同僚は20代の若者だったのでもう少し肉を楽しんでいました。
銀座でこれだけの内容を飲んで食べてもなかなかのリーズナブルさも人気の一因なのでしょうね。
満足満足。
