You can buy a whole Hida beef and enjoy the highest quality meat.・You can choose from a variety of ways to eat, such as Sukiyaki, shabu shabu Yakiniku (Grilled meat), and yakiniku.・I ordered a lunch course today. #Menu ●Charcoal-grilled lunch (150g) ・Homemade tofu ・Salad ・Charcoal platter ・Grilled vegetable platter ・Rice ・Miso soup ・Dessert ●Champagne if ordered separately Homemade tofu is handmade tofu topped with soup stock. Troffy texture. Each piece of charcoal grilled meat is carefully cut into pieces and is a work of art. It directly affects your appetite even before you eat. To make it, first grill the green onions before adding Sukiyaki sauce. After a while, grill a piece of Hida beef with a little sauce.
