高級路線の焼き鳥店というコンセプトのこちらのお店。そこに期待するイメージからは驚くほどかけ離れた存在。先に結論から行くと、無駄に値段が高い鳥貴族。いや、ボリュームがある分、鳥貴族の方が焼き鳥単体でみても評価できる。久しぶりにハズレを引いてしまいそんなレビューになります。
銀座の大通りに面したビルの5F。入り口はシックで上品な印象。先にも述べたお店のコンセプトにバッチり。店内は結構ぎゅうぎゅう。カウンター席の奥にテーブル席のエリアがあるが、決して広くはないエリアに4人掛けのテーブルが4卓とかなり密度濃いめ。当然、周囲の会話はだだ聞こえ。この日は週の真ん中の平日でしたが、お客さんはほぼ満席。人気はあるもよう。しかしながら、店内活気がありすぎで、上質な空間という感じではまったくありません。たまたま仲の良い友人グループできたらよかったですが、デートとか大切なときに来ていたら間違いなくアウトだったでしょう。これなら有楽町のガード下と大して変わりない状況です。
ロケーションはさておき、肝心の料理へ。この日は８８００円のコース。
どれも全然美味くない。焼き鳥もすっごい小さめ。先ほどの通り鳥貴族と変わらず、ボリュームがある分、まだ鳥貴族の方がいい。ドリンク、ワインはそこそこ取り揃えてるようですが、肝心の料理がこれではまったく活きない。トドメは店員のレベルも低く、乾杯のビールが全然出てこなかったりテンポの悪さが際立ちます。これでサービス料とは頭がいたい。
以上、お酒はほどほど具合に飲んで4名で48000円。
