行ってみたいなぁーと思いつつも、
大人な街ザギンにあるが故、
なかなか踏み込めずにいたプレミアムさん。
昨年、恵比寿界隈で行われた
日本酒ゴーアラウンドに参加した際、
プレミアムの焼き手さんとご縁を頂きまして✨
顔見知りがいたら、入店しやすいじゃん
って事で、行ってきた次第でございます♪

落ち着いた雰囲気の店内には、
焼台が離れて2ヶ所に配置されて、
カウンターと個室の両方で
焼鳥を楽しめる形になっている。
この日は、ペアリングコースを
お願いしていたから、
お料理に合わせたワインを
良きタイミングで楽しめた
ポーションはさほど大きくないものの、
ジューシーさを残す火入は、とても食べやすくて、
グルメな紳士淑女も大満足間違いなし
「場所柄、土日は比較的お客様の流れは
穏やかなんですよ」とお聞きしていたけれど、
伺ったこの日も、店内はしっかり賑わっていました。
今日イチは、
薫香を纏うパリっジュワっな、ぼんじり
ナウシカ⁉️ってビックリした造形の砂肝
〆にチーズを選べるのも、新鮮だったなぁ
銀座ならではかな、〆に炭水化物を取らない
お客様の為、〆の選択肢に
チーズの盛り合わせがあったのには驚き。
体調を考えて炭水化物を取らない男性陣や
ご同席される女性にも人気なのだとか。
ラストに炭水化物を召し上がらない方も
最近は結構見受けられるから、
これからは、こんな〆の形もありなのかも。
