店内入ると、オシャレな内装!
焼き場を見渡せるカウンター、オシャレテーブルが広がります!
とても雰囲気の良いお店ですね!
今回も違いますが、デートで利用する感じも良いかもしれません!
コースは、フレンチっぽいモダン焼鳥!
特殊な部位も沢山あって、とても美味しい印象です!
今日頂いた中では、パリパリの比内地鶏のモモ焼き!
これはビジュアルもお味も見事な一本!
肉汁が口の中で弾ける感じです!
ソリレスもお見事!
肉の脂が良い感じで口の中に広がり、これも、お見事な一本でした。
レバーは柔らかく、フワッとした印象。
これも、バランスの良い一本で美味しい串でしたね!
お肉も美味しいのですが、このお店で是非味わってもらいたい一本が卵。
ウズラの卵は半熟トロトロで絶品そのもの!
焼き加減も名人芸です!
トリュフ塩で頂きます。
お見事!
あとは、このお店で良かったのは、ソムリエさん!
丁寧で見事な接客。
選ぶワインもセンスが良くて、おおっと言う感じの一杯!
これも、またお見事です!
お値段も銀座にしては、リーズナブルでお財布にも優しい感じです!
