同僚と年度末の慰労会。
小さめの座敷個室で何人か、卓を囲んで…。
おおお、懐かしいねこういうの。
何故かドキドキしちゃいました(笑)
男ばっかだったけどね。。。
焼き鳥は紀州備長炭で焼き上げているとのこと。
炭の組み方等に、職人さんの力量が出ますね。
結論、當店の火入れは上手です。
火は中まで通っているが、水分は抜けておらず、
みずみずしく柔らかい口当たり。心地よい塩気。
焼き鳥は、こころ（ハツ）、せせり、ぼんじりの
３本でしたが、特にこころが最高でした。
レバーパテや４種盛りのローストなど、鶏の扱い
には長けたお店かと思います。予想以上だった。
飲み物はあまり聞いたことのない日本酒なども
ありましたが、ラインナップはそれほど充実、
というわけでもなし。食べログ記載メニューより
少なかったような気もしますが、わたしは最近は
あまり飲めないので気になりませんでした(笑)
ラフロイグのハイボールが美味しかった。
ごちそうさまでした。
復権してきた「宴会」に良いかもしれません。
