どうしてセンター試験には雪になるんでしょうね。
こんなに暖冬にも関わらず、都内は朝から冷たい雨。
時折雪が混じります。
あちこちの用事を済ませるとすっかり体も冷えて、あったかい火鍋が食べたくなりました。
検索でこちらへ。
高級感溢れる店内。
お値段もそれなりです。
火鍋はコースで食べる方がコスパがいいかもしれませんが、アラカルトで頼んでみました。
よだれ鶏の評判が高いので、オーダー。
主体になる火鍋のスープを選び、具材もオーダーします。
キノコ６種で5800円だったかな。これがお鍋の出汁になります。
他には豆苗や湯葉、イベリコ豚など。
ビールや紹興酒のお湯割など飲みながら、あったまりました。
火鍋ってもっと薬膳ぽいイメージでしたが、こちらのはとてもシンプルな味でした。
炭水化物をとっていないのにお腹いっぱい。
お腹は大勢で食べる方が良いですね。
