銀座、京橋で目当ての店が臨休や満員で急遽『御膳房 銀座店』に訪問した。
銀座トレシャスビルの11階に入っている。
同じビルには『SUZU CAFE』も入っている。
火鍋料理も扱っている中華料理屋。
ランチは1050〜1250円と銀座にしてはリーズナブルな価格帯。
土日祝も営業していて平日と同価格。
ランチタイムは11:30～15:00(L.O 14:30)と長め。
入店すると、中国人スタッフが案内してくれる。
1人だったので、通路にある窓際の席に通された。
温かいお茶とおしぼりが出される。
ランチメニューの日替り定食をなんとか聞き取れる日本語で説明される。
日替り定食は『豚肉ともやしの炒め物』のようである。
1.日替りランチ(1000円)
2.干し豆腐と豚肉ピーマンの醤油炒め(1050円)
3.鶏肉とズッキーニの塩味炒め(1050円)
4.豚肉とセロリのトウチ炒め(1050円)
5.山芋とキノコのオイスターソース炒め(1050円)
6.海鮮と青梗菜のXO醤炒め(1250円)
日替りランチは『豚肉ともやしの醤油炒め』。
構成は、メイン、小鉢、サラダ、スープ、漬物、杏仁豆腐。
杏仁豆腐まで付いているのは嬉しい。
ごはんおかわり可能。
2品を選ぶ本日のスペシャルセット(1800円)もある。
さて、日本では珍しい干し豆腐を使っている、
『干し豆腐と豚肉ピーマンの醤油炒め』を注文。
青椒肉絲に干し豆腐が使用されている料理。
干し豆腐の量が意外と多く、餡かけ中華焼そばのように見える。
豚肉の細切り、ピーマン、タケノコ、人参、干し豆腐が使用されて片栗粉でトロミが付いて、醤油味で整えてある。
スープはとろみの付いたかき玉子。
胡麻だれのかかった豆腐に水菜が散らしてある。
高級中華ではないけれど。味はよい。
漬物はザーサイ。
よく見ると観葉植物の鉢に何故かサンタクロースの小さな人形が置いてあった。
中華とサンタクロースもギャップを感じるし、
3月の初春で季節外れのサンタクロースが気になった。
ごちそうさまでした。
銀座でいつでもリーズナブルに中華が食べられて便利なお店。
