ここ2年で何度行っても入れなかったお店
閉店直後、貸し切り、品切れ、臨時休業・・
不思議なほどご縁がなかった
本日はあっさり入店 土曜の昼時で待ちなし
山形名物冷たい肉そば
冷たい汁に冷たい蕎麦 他にありそうでない
汁は塩ベースで透き通っている
麺は太めでコシしっかり
そして親鶏の肉がたっぷり
これが美味い 食感は硬すぎなのですが
味は美味いのが親鶏 そして良い出汁が出る
なんでこんなに美味いのに親鶏使う蕎麦屋、ラーメン屋が少ないのか疑問です
都内でも他に2軒山形の肉そばを出してる店に行きましたがここがベストですね
暑くなったらまた来ますね
