A soba restaurant located behind Matsuya Ginza. (1st basement floor) The "Zao chilled local chicken soba" is topped with chewy steamed chicken, green onions, and mitsuba. The thick noodles are made from whole buckwheat flour to keep you full, and are characterized by their firmness. They were delicious.
