銀座で美味しく、雰囲気が良いレストランを探して、こちらがヒットした。アロマフレスカの姉妹店という信頼もある。美容のお店が多く入る銀座2丁目のトレシャスビルの12階で場所も良い。お店は中央通りとは逆方向の風景が見える。斜向かいにロフトの入るベルビア館が裏側から見える。行ったことのあるお店の様子などが見えて興味深い。
遅れて到着したが、エレベーターお下りるとお出迎えしてくれて、非常に恐縮。窓際にマナマに向き合って座るスタイルは他のお客さんと目が合わないのでとたも好きです。皮の香りのする椅子も座り心地満点です。
最初のバーニャカウダは写真を撮り忘れたのですが、アンチョビのソースがからまった新鮮な野菜が一つ一つ本当に美味しく、最初から期待度が高まります。そのあとの前菜もどれも素晴らしく美味しいです。どれも美味しかったのですが一つあげるとするとトリュフがふんだんに使われたパスタ。運ばれた瞬間にトリュフの香りが漂ってきます。相当なトリュフが使われています。トリュフが添えてあるだけでなく、まさにトリュフが主役のパスタです。本当に美味しかった。
メインの牛も焼かれたとこも見せていただくなど細かいサービスも交えていただいたのも嬉しかったです。お味も最高でした。最後のデザートは4種類から選ぶタイプで、アフォガードをチョイス。アイスと濃いコーヒーは本当に良い組み合わせです。最後に3種類の軽いスイーツと紅茶で締めです。
ピアノの生演奏が流れる中、空間のゆとりもあり、銀座のサロン感がある。遅くきてしまったこともあり、帰るのも最後だったが生演奏は続いている。最後帰る時には原田シェフも少し遠いいところからお見送りに出てくれた（これも最後の客だったからだと思います）。レシートには手書きで、『ありがとうございました。』の文字が。
銀座で食事することの多い私にとって、雰囲気、味、量、接客全ての面で本当に理想どおりで、探していたお店が見つかった気分です。これからも何度も来たいと思います。
