I made a reservation and came here to celebrate my grandmother's birthday on the weekend. When I got off the elevator, there was Sala Amabile on the left and Aroma Fresca on the right. Sala Amabile is a casual version of Aroma Fresca, and I chose it on my mother's recommendation. When I got off the elevator, a waiter was already waiting, and although I didn't specify a seat, I was guided to a private room. Perhaps because it was lunch, the restaurant was not fully booked. ■ Lunch course ¥7,150 Only dessert was selectable, the rest was fixed. First, four types of appetizers were brought out all at once. Personally, I recommend the may queen potatoes aged for two years in the snowy mountains and the warm bagna cauda sauce. If you have any leftover bagna cauda sauce, it's delicious to dip bread in it! The fish and Meat Dishes were honestly average, but I can see why the two main dishes are included in the 100 Best Restaurants list. The pasta is a tomato-like dish made with onions and paprika, with cheese on the bottom, and you mix it with the cheese on the bottom. The chewy spaghetti and melted cheese go really well together! The pilaf has a strong aroma of sakura shrimp, giving it a spring-like feel. The light and fluffy texture is also wonderful. Each dish is small, so some people may find it lacking... However, each dish is elaborately made and elegant, and I think it's good value for money for a celebration. For drinks, we had the white wine recommended by the waiter, and enjoyed an elegant lunch.
