鶏が食べたい…
一日メイン１食週間で選んだのは参鶏湯。
なかなか参鶏湯を食べれるお店が銀座にはないのです。
三越の上にあるのだそうで、11階にやってきました。
メニューを詳しくみず、「参鶏湯で！」と席につくや否やのOD
5分ほどして前菜セット。チヂミは表面パリっとしてますが、やや中が生焼け、惜しい！ 小さな器のなかに韓国惣菜が並んでます。チャプチェはお好みなお味でした。
チヂミと前菜を食べていると10分ほどしてぐつぐついかにも熱いですよ的な参鶏湯登場！
ハーフですね。それでもしっかりあります。
こちら餅米としっかりにであるのでお米が別添えですが、そちらはいただきませんでした。
鳥はホロホロに煮込まれていて、箸とスプーンで取り分けて行くと、綺麗に解けて行く感じ。
そのままだと薄いので、塩をかけて食べるとちょうど良いです。
あつあつほくほくな参鶏湯はナツメや栗と煮込まれていて、鶏の軟骨もコリコリと食感を楽しみながら食べられます。
これっ！って決めては少ないですけど、銀座でランチで体にいいものならアリです。
