店のサービスも雰囲気も、気が効いていて、いいのだけど、なんだか、惜しい。キャベツの千切りが歯切れが悪い。切る向きが違うのかしら。新鮮そうでみずみずしい野菜なのに、なんだか、しなる。
切り干し大根も、しなる感じがした。
古代米が交じったごはんは、いい。肝心のとんかつ自体が、特筆すべきものがないので、高価に感じた。気持ち、揚げ過ぎかも。不味くないけど、美味しいというほどでもない。ソースは美味しかった。
