12:00 Even though there are a lot of seats in front, the place is almost full. The clerk is Chinese. Unfortunately, the rice was hard. There are daily set meals and Ramen. I had no choice because it was fried scallops with eggs. Although the menu is extensive, it is served quickly. PayPay OK.
