東京・銀座にある「羊屋 はなれ」でのディナーは、ラム肉の新たな魅力に触れることができる素敵な体験でした。
久しぶりにラムを食べました。

羊屋 はなれのラム肉は、その臭みのなさと新鮮さ、そして柔らかさで際立っていました。
特に肩ロースはそのジューシーさが格別で、塩コショウだけのシンプルな味付けで肉の味わいを存分に楽しめました。
