以前から気にはなっていましたがようやくの訪問。
ランチは色々種類がありますが
仕事の電話やメールが忙しく
ぱっと見でチゲより参鶏湯と思いオーダー。
銀座で参鶏湯 970円って安い気がします。
すぐにサラダが出てきます。
また、テーブルにあるカクテキともやしナムルは
ご自由になものですのでいただきます。
早めに参鶏湯到着。
ビジネスランチにこの早さはありがたいです。
何せ熱々の参鶏湯と格闘する時間が要りますから。
スープを一口やけどしないように慎重にいただくと
鶏の出汁というか旨味がしっかり出ています。
しかしラーメンスープの様にこってりせずとても食べやすい。
鶏の肉が沢山入っています。骨がついていますので
骨を外しながら食べるのに一苦労、熱さで一苦労といったところです。
しかしそれでも手間よりおいしさが上回ると思います。
私的には参鶏湯にライスはあまり必要ではありませんでした。
チゲならライスは必須ですが。
こんな時テーブルのカクテキはありがたいですね。
