今日は銀座でランチです。銀座で焼肉ランチを検索して見つけました。
お店の場所は、銀座６丁目。丁度、銀座シックスの裏手のさらに1本隣の道沿いです。
開店時間の11:30にお店に到着。客は誰もいなかったが、すぐに3人入って来ました。お店を出る11:55には何と満席に。意外と人気取りのお店なのかな？？
ランチのメニューは、焼肉ランチが黒毛和牛とそうでないものの2種類。
他にはチゲ、ビビンバ、クッパ等。
オーダーは、焼肉ランチ1280円なり。カルビとハラミがセットになって150gです。サラダ、カクテキ、ナムル、スープが付いています。ライスは1回のみおかわり可能です。
黒毛和牛も悩みましたが、2580円はちと高いので止めました。
1人利用の場合は、ロースターは使わずに厨房で焼いてから出て来ます。お水はセルフサービスです。カクテキとナムルもテーブルに置いてあるので勝手に食べて良い様です。
待っている間にサラダともやしナムルを頂きます。このナムルなかなか美味しいです。ごま油がかかっているみたいです。
ランチタイムで最初の客で店内も全然混んでいない割には提供が遅いですね。来るまでに20分近くかかりました。ホールスタッフは外国人が2人ですが、何の説明もなくサービスはほぼ無いに等しい。この時点でかなりテンションが下がりましたねw
いよいよ厨房で焼かれたお肉がやって来ました。切身で8枚あります。まぁ見た目は普通の焼肉ですね。ところが、食べてみるとなかなか旨い❗
テーブルに来るまでに若干温度も下がっているので、これは自分で焼いたらもっと美味しく食べられそうかな。
味はまずまずなので、まぁ1200円位ならそんな物かと。でも黒毛和牛になると2600円と言うのは高いよねぇと思ってしまう。
