牛屋 銀兵衛 銀座本店は、銀座にある高級焼肉店です。お祝いで、神戸牛や黒毛和牛などのこだわりのお肉を提供してるということでここに訪れました。神戸牛と黒毛和牛の7種厳選コースを注文しました。16,500円税込という価格は決して安くはありませんが、その価値は十分にありました。
コースは、前菜、サラダ、極みタン塩、神戸牛ハラミ、絹ロース、スープ、神戸牛肩ロース、神戸牛赤身＆霜降り、肉寿司、神戸牛ステーキ、特選赤身ヘレ、飯物、デザートなどでした。どのお肉も柔らかくてジューシーで、最高級のお肉を堪能できました。さすが厳選された神戸牛と黒毛和牛です。特に霜降りなどは、口の中でとろけるような感覚でした。特選赤身ヘレとは、神戸牛のヒレ肉のことで、牛肉の最高峰とされています。味は、赤身の旨味と脂の甘みが超絶に調和しており、これ以上の牛肉は世の中にありえないようなおいしさでした。神戸牛の脂はどれもしつこくなく、ある意味あっさりした上品な脂であり、本当に素晴らしいです。デザートは、黒蜜きな粉アイスでした。
店内は、新店オープンのような綺麗さで、高級感のある落ち着いた雰囲気でした。個室は完全にプライバシーが保たれていました。店員さんは丁寧で親切な対応で、また気軽に話しかけることもできました。私のコースだと焼いて頂くことができました。外国のお客様も見かけましたが、英語や中国語で対応してくれるようでした。
牛屋 銀兵衛 銀座本店は、私にとっては特別な日や記念日にまた訪れたい焼肉店です。お肉の質や量、サービス、雰囲気など、すべてにおいて満足できました。高級ですが、その金額に合う極上の体験ができました。ごちそうさまでした。
