柑橘がさわやかクリームチーズ
夏野菜のナムル
ミョウガのナムルが凄く爽やかで美味しくて、新しい発見ができました！
ナムルに使用してある胡麻油がこれまた美味しい！
夏らしいヤングコーンとズッキーニもめちゃくちゃおいしくて、これはまた絶対食べに来たいです
イカのマリネ
柔らかなイカにきゅうりとパプリが香るする優しいマリネ
黒毛A5ランクユッケのキャビア添え
肉の筋肉質な部位で、食べやすく、キャビアの海鮮の旨味がアクセントになっていて美味しく頂けました
サラダ
神戸牛のローストビーフサラダは、ドレッシングがまた美味しい！！柔らかくてしっとりしたローストビーフがまた美味し過ぎて、ペロリでした
極みタン
鮮度が良く、柔らかくて最高に美味しい
生でも美味しく食べられそうなくらいです
ハラミ
ジューシーなハラミって初めてです！柔らかくておいし過ぎるー

ソース・たれ
お肉の素材が素晴らしいので、肉本来を味わう山椒塩やワインダレで楽しみました
オレンジワイン
白ワインらしい酸味もあり、赤の要素もあるオレンジワインは、脂がのったお肉にとても合う万能ワインでした
肉寿司
酢飯がきいているので、いくらでも食べれるくらい柔らかくぼどける肉寿司
追加したかったー(笑)
ランプ
歯応えはあるが、ランプのはずなのに柔らかく食べやすいランプ肉でした
さっぱりした昆布のアクセントがあると旨味も加わってより美味しく頂けました
いちぼ
薄くスライスされているので食べやすく、さらりと味わえ、自家製おろしポン酢がまた美味しい
このおろしポン酢と一緒に食べるとより美味しかったです
スープ
牛のブイヨンが凄く濃厚で、塩味もきいた美味しいスープでした
このスープだけでネットで売れそうです
神戸牛シャトーブリアン
柔らかくて、これもまた適度な脂のりで美味しい！！これは最高の部位ですね！！
これはご飯と一緒に山盛り食べたかった(笑)
サーロイン
ジューシーなサーロインで、旨味が溢れんばかりで最高！！添えてある柚子胡椒がピリッときいて美味しい！！
ピノ・ノワール
ピノらしい深さもあって、酸味も感じるバランスの良いピノ・ノワールでした
冷麺
もっちもちのたまごめんに、出汁がめちゃくちゃきいたホタテ貝かな？の旨味スープが最高過ぎました！
これ目当てで来たいくらいです(笑)
アメリカワイン
どっしりしていていつ飲んでも安定感があり、ポテンシャルが高い赤ワインでした
桃のかき氷
氷もたいへん美味しく、桃ソースがめちゃくちゃ濃厚！
桃本来の旨味が濃縮されたソースがこれでもかってくらいたっぷりかかってるんです！！
〆のデザートに最高なふわとろかき氷でした
これは子供も絶対喜びますね
まとめ
店内の雰囲気もとってもレトロ上品でオシャレでした
しかもお肉に合わせて、お店のかたが丁寧に焼いてくれます
アルコールも種類が豊富で、グラスワインからソフトドリンクまで、お店のこだわりを感じられました
接客も素晴らしくて、ついつい長居してしまいましたが、最後の見送りまで親切に良くしてくださいました(*^^*)
