寿司がこの世で一番美味い
寿司がこの世で一番美味い…
様々な国の料理を食べて来て、この年で思ふこと。一口ずつこんなに美味しいって、なかなか無い！
だから何食べたい？って聞かれたら、迷わず『お寿司！』です。笑笑
さて、先日は銀座にある初訪問のお寿司屋さん・鮨處松へ。
食べログの地図を見ながら行ったのに、一本道を間違えてお店に電話しちゃったよ汗。
清々しい仕事っぷりの大将、女優の仕事もしている仲居さんのサービスも楽しかった。

食べ損ねたので、また次回（笑）。

向かいの酒屋さんで買ってきたそうwちと甘めかな。
☆野沢菜のお浸し
キュっと良く冷えて歯応えもあり、さっぱりとして美味しかった！翌日我が家でも真似して作りました。

話に夢中で何カニか聞き忘れ…

ぽりぽりの食感がお正月でなくとも美味しい

これは私がどのお寿司屋さんでもオーダーしちゃう大好物。海苔なしが好き。

ソースと辛子で。今年初の松茸。まだ香りはそんなでもなかかったな。

甘いツメを付けて。歯応えが好き。

カウンターで目に留まり、ずっと食べたかった。よく熟れてて甘かった。
