ご馳走になったので、値段分からず。
賛否が分かれそうなお店。
味は美味い！という感じもないけど、不味い！とも思わない、良くも悪くも普通のお寿司屋さん。
カウンターでタバコが吸えちゃう、居酒屋寿司というのが、この店の代名詞みたいな感じがする。
大将と女将さん？のやり取りを聞きながら、ワイワイガヤガヤ飲んで食う、そんな感じのお店。
つまみをお任せでもらいながら、今日の仕入れを確認して、自分の好きなものを握ってもらう感じ。
シャリは小さめでネタは大きめ。
穴子とかの甘塩っぱい系の味付けは、かなり好みだった。この味付けだと、あん肝とか美味しそう。
最近の新子の卸値は異常。別に美味くないのに、値段だけ高くて寿司屋泣かせ。
かんぴょうはめっちゃ甘かった。ジャリジャリとした食感が残るぐらい砂糖の甘みが強いので、〆は鉄火とかカッパの方が良さそう。
これで料金が1.5万ぐらいならリピートするかも。
