Hello everyone (#´ᗜ`#) Today, I visited Tokuuchiyama in Higashi Ginza! I had been looking for a restaurant for lunch since the day before, and to my surprise, Tokuchiyama was open! When I visit the store on the day of the event...I'm all alone...! I was the only customer. Actually, there was a cancellation the day before and I was the only customer, so it was reserved for us! But from the shop's perspective, it's a matter of life and death. I regained my composure and started cooking ♪ ~Cooking~ Grilled scallops and firefly squid...Eat the paste of the firefly squid mixed with the scallops and the scallops! Grilled sesame tofu... Tokuchiyama's specialty! Shrimp Shinjo, new young sprouts, bamboo shoots...a bowl of spring encounters!
