機軸は純和食と言えますが、野趣あふれる野菜や牛肉も採用し変化に富んだ味を楽しめます。
創作料理とは言わない方が良く、季節感を大切にし素材を活かすと言う和食の王道を貫いているようにも感じます。
日本酒も織り混ぜたワインのペアリングがありますが、無難な構成なので普通に日本酒でも良いかも知れません。
