シュラスコはブラジル南部の州、リオグランデ ド スル州のガウショ（カウボーイ）が起源と言われるバーベキュー。ホジージオと言われる食べ放題で、ブラジル全土で大人気の業態｡

土曜昼に予約して訪問｡
オープン少し前から店内に案内して頂けた｡
綺麗な店内で接客も良い｡
壁のお皿は有名人のサインが飾ってあり､よく見ていなかったが野球､大谷翔平選手のサインもあった模様｡
基本はローペースでお肉は周りへの提供もあるので1枚ずつしか頂けないので注意｡ビュッフェが充実しているので目にも楽しい｡
ディナーコースはメインのお肉が数種類増えるとの事｡
この時は価格改定前滑り込みで4100円税込だったのでかなりリーズナブルに楽しめた｡
