This time, I wanted to eat cheese fonge, and I visited this store for the first time with my first self-launch. I couldn't order the course alone, so I ordered it separately. Since it is a one-drink system, I ordered green tea. For the time being, I ordered classic 's Raclette Cheese Fonge Grilled Beef Harami. I had two choices of cheese, classic cheese and Italian Cuisine basil. The meal was macaroni salad, and after a while, cheese fonge, a set vegetable parfait, and a baguette were served. The vegetables were colorful and fresh, such as tomatoes, bell peppers, and leafy vegetables, and they were delicious. The baguette and cheese went well together, and the cheese was rich and very satisfying for me as a cheese lover. The grilled harami meat was tender and had a delicious salty flavor, but I wanted to eat freshly grilled hot meat. I was still ready to eat, so I ordered pasta with minced meat and cream cheese. The cream cheese was rich and meaty, and it matched the richness of the meat sauce and was delicious. The total cost was 5,364 yen, which was quite expensive, but it was good because I was able to enjoy my favorite cheese. It's going to be tough for a while with Corona, but when things settle down, I want to invite my cheese-loving friends and have a girls' party. In 2020, I was able to find various delicious restaurants in Ginza, and I felt Mr./Ms. happy. In 2021, I would like to do my best while visiting the restaurants I am interested in and being energized by the delicious food.
