コリドーで美味しいお肉といえばここと友人から聞いて訪問。

最初の一口は神。その後は飽きる。
接客良くない。
とにかく肉が美味しい。
出だしはざらめの代わりに綿飴で甘さを引き立たせる。それによって具材に味が染み込み、旨味が増す。
お肉も全てA5ランクと質が高く、いろんな種類のお肉を食べましたがどれ...
一万円のコースを食べたけど、あまり旨味を感じなかったかな…
すき焼きを食べました。個別に分けられた良質の肉と野菜を割り下でいただき、最後に細めのうどんで締め。満足しました。野菜の種類と飲み放題と お酒がもう少しあればよかった。
送別会にて使用
10人で奥の座敷席でした。
砂糖では無く綿飴を溶かすところは印象的でした。
とにかく和牛が美味しい。
おすすめです。
リーズナブルに国産和牛のしゃぶしゃぶが食べられるお店
