まだ世の中は仕事時間中の平日に、一人で
伺いました。この開放感は昼飲みならでは。
IBREWさんは東京エリアに複数店舗ある
クラフトビールのお店ですが、すでに老舗と
言ってもいいのではないでしょうか。
銀座1丁目店は店の前に来てから昔１，2度
来たことがあるのを想い出しました。
メニューは、まずバーコード読み取ってFree WiFi
接続後にWeb上で見るというシステム。
いや〜、時代ですね(^-^;
この日は5種類のビアフライト。基本は1杯200円で
銘柄によって追加料金がかかりますが、こちらで
醸されているIBRWビールは全部基本料金のようで
した。
選択したのはIBRWからIPA、Pale Ale、Pilsner、
ゲストビールからスワンレイクIPAとブラックタイド
Hoya Boya。
最後の〆に単品でWest Cost IPAをいただきました。
はじめてのブラックタイドHoya Boyaは強いトロピカル
フルーツ香で甘目ですが美味しかったです。
それにしてもタップ数がハンパないです。40以上あり
そうですが、これがちゃんと回転させられるのは凄いと
思います。
昼間からリーズナブルにいろいろなクラフトビールを
楽しめる使い勝手の良いお店です。
この日もインバウンドのお客さんが何組かおられましたが
物価の高い欧米からくると天国のように感じられるだろう
なあ。
