運動の後にクラフトビールを呑みたくて笑
今回はトートピアブルワリー、ヒノブルーイングをメインにいただきました。
トートはシトラス系でパイナップルを感じさせ、ヒノは桃のような香りがして、どちらもフルーツを感じさせながらも後口にはしっかりモルトの苦味が感じられて好きなお味✨
それに合わせるは低温調理された鶏
これが‥美味しすぎて✨
生のようで、けど調理され、旨みと食感がしっかり
それでいてレバー、ムネ、モモにあう味付けも分けられていてオススメです♬
もうひとつはクレトンというカナダの伝統料理みたいですが‥生クリームが多過ぎて、くどさを感じました、冬なら良いかもなと感じました。も少しニンニク足してオリーブとあわせてとか良さげです。
ですが、鶏さえあればです✨

First visit in a while. Surprisingly, not only was the low-temperature cooked chicken sashimi gone, but so was the roast pork. Craft beer is still available in stable numbers and can be enjoyed in many ways, but first of all, it has lost its appeal as a side dish, and the enjoyment of being delicious has been cut in half. I only go there when I just want to enjoy a beer by myself... Thank you for the meal.
