最寄駅は東京メトロの銀座一丁目ですが、JR有楽町駅からも、東京メトロの京橋からも近い立地です。東京高速道路の高架が目の前にあります。
店頭にはスタンドがあり、店内は薄暗く、手前が厨房を囲むようにカウンター席、奥にテーブル席があります。
オーダは、口頭なのですが、ビールのメニューは、QRコードを読み取る方式。種類が豊富で、ハーフパイントの場合¥390〜¥1,590と価格も幅広です。
まずは、酵母由来のレモンや白葡萄、青リンゴのような仄かな果実味があるという国立ブルワリーの1925 (ハーフパイント¥690)を。クセが少なく、甘くなくて、グビッといけますね。
次は、VECTOR BREWING(東京)の秋ねこパンチ(ハーフパイント¥390 )を。褐色で、コクがあり、秋らしい感じ。
おつまみパクチーオニオンサラダ¥500はパクチーと生玉ねぎがたっぷりで嬉しいドレッシングも好み。
3種、5種、10種を選んでの飲み比べもあるので、次回は、色々味わってみようかな。
