銀座一丁目にあるビアバーです。
こちらのお店、日本のクラフトビールが売りということで気になって訪問してみました。事前に予約してからの訪問です。
お昼時からの利用ですが、結構お客さんは入っていました。メニューはビールの種類が多いからか、オンラインメニューとなっており、座席にあるQRコードから確認できます。
ビールは単品でも小さいグラスで数種類ごとにもいただくことが出来、数種類のセットでいただく場合は、座席に用意されている紙とペンに番号を書いて店員さんに渡すスタイルです。
正直、あまりのビールの種類の多さになかなか迷ってしまいます。
なんとか注文したら、提供までの時間は結構早いです。可愛らしいグラスに注がれたビールを横並びで比べてみるとその色が結構違うのがわかります。
普段、あまり目にしないようなビールもあるので、いろいろ試してみるのはとても楽しいですね。
フードのメニューはやはりビールに合うよう、味の濃いめの物が多いです。しかし、そのレベルは高く、ご飯の方も楽しむことができました。
ビール好きには堪らないお店だと思います。
