コンフィチュール・エ・プロバンス銀座本店（東京都中央区銀座1-5-6）が |
生姜のコンフィチュールは温まりそうです。連休中の寒い雨の中、今日は空いているだろうと思って行きました。もちろん年間あるカキ氷も生姜ならば温まるだろうと注文する覚悟でした。しかしカキ氷を注文した先客の海外の方々と目があって微笑まれ、カキ氷の大きさも見えて、今日は無理と悟りました。
切り替えて、温かい生姜ティー黒糖入りにしました。これが大成功でした。お茶受けにダクワーズ3種セット660円。合計990円ってありがとうございます。温まった体でもう一息、新橋までうろつきました。
Wikiによれば、ジャムは凝固した形状をしているが、コンフィチュールはトロッとしておらずさらっとしている。コンフィチュールの中には野菜やナッツ、香辛料、ハーブ、リキュールなど、フルーツ以外を加えたものもある。勉強になります。あ、銀座もパンダもコンフィチュール、ジンジャーには関係ないようですが、可愛いからいいです。なるほどねぇ。
