For three or more people, we will guide you to a course. Thank you for your understanding. We only accept customers aged 20 and over. Even if the online reservation shows as fully booked, seats may be available on the day, so please feel free to call us. The restaurant was renovated in October 2023, and the number of seats has been changed from 12 to 8, making it a spacious and relaxing restaurant. In order to allow for ample business hours, we will only accommodate two groups per day as a single operator. |
Today's dinner is at ``TRATTORIA GANZO'' in Ginza 7-chome. 2023 Top 100 Italian Cuisine Restaurants. The restaurant has a bad reputation for being dark inside and the owner being obscene. It's true that the inside of the store is dark, and the owner seems to be a bit dark-hearted. However, it has a hideaway atmosphere and the feeling of a multi-tenant building that is common in Ginza. I booked a course for 9,500 yen/person, and 22,350 yen/person for 2 bottles of wine and 4 glasses of wine seemed expensive and cheap. After all, cost performance is determined not only by the taste of the food, but also by the space in which you can enjoy the food and the level of satisfaction you spend in the restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the elaborate dishes such as "cold yellowtail salad" and "grilled conger eel with French asparagus." However, the interior of the restaurant is dimly lit, so the food doesn't really stand out, which is half the fun. The ``Irish beef Steak'' to finish the meal is grilled almost raw so you can enjoy the flavor of the meat. The meal ended with dessert and coffee. The plates were served slowly because it was a one-off operation, but I think it was good to be able to enjoy the wine slowly. I felt like I needed to get used to the owner's vague explanations of the dishes and the dimly lit interior, but I didn't feel like he had the ability to come back again.
